Delivery time
- Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days.
- Pre-orders are delivered within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping is available across Cairo, Giza, October & New Cairo
Refund Policy
- You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be: Unused, In its original packaging, In the same condition that you received it.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy
- You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the request is made within the 2-day window.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are covered by the customer.
- Exchanges are valid only if the requested size is in stock.
No return on sales items
- All discounted items can be exchanged but are not eligible for returns.
Cancellations
- You can request an order change or cancellation within 1h of placing your order.
- After 1h no changes or cancellations can be made.
